In this passage, Agent Smith shows how much he has borrowed human behaviour. He says he hates that place, the Matrix, and wants to get away it. He aims perfection, just like any computer programme. He can't be satisfied his life. He compares his world a zoo, in which humans are disgusting animals. However, he also hopes a better future, in which the Matrix would no longer exist, and where he could flee this reality. Maybe he would like to transform his world a paradise.
